Are you a CQC-registered ambulance service?

Yes. Marches Ambulance Service is a CQC-registered independent ambulance service rated Good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

However, event organisers should be aware that not all CQC registrations are the same. Different providers may hold different registrations covering different regulated activities, and some event medical services may not be required to hold the same registrations as an ambulance service.

How far in advance should I book event medical cover?

We recommend booking event medical cover as early as possible, particularly for festivals, agricultural shows, sporting events and larger public gatherings. This allows sufficient time to complete a Medical Needs Assessment, develop an appropriate Medical Plan and secure the most suitable clinical staff and resources for your event.

Whilst we can often accommodate short-notice enquiries, early engagement helps ensure the best level of planning, availability and event support.

For larger events, we recommend contacting us several months in advance wherever possible.
